| I want to say a heart felt thanks to all who were there Wednesday afternoon when I crashed my wheeler. Even if you just stood there waiting with me for the ambulance, I appreciate all of you. I am going to be fine, just VERY sore. Again, thanks!

| I was riding toward the back side of the old track to help a little guy that went down when I saw a ditch coming toward me that I don't remember being that deep. I slammed on my brakes, which brought my butt up off the seat, then the front tires just rolled down into the ditch with just enough momentum to finish throwing me over the handle bars. I landed on the hardest part of my body, my head, and my left shoulder. Today my neck and back are very stiff and sore, and my shoulder is trashed. I go to see my doctor next week after the sorness and swelling are gone to check out the shoulder. Oh, and I got road rash!! on my face , now I know what you guys feel like after a crash. I am to old for this crap. I am taking over the rhino!
