| Thanks for the props guys. 15 min. + 2 was definitely rough, I couldn't go anywhere near race pace for that long!! It was a great workout though. It was kind of weird how I was tired though. My muscles aren't really sore, but I've been dragging *** like I only got three hours sleep when I actually got a solid 8 hours of rack time...wierd.
