Man that was an awesome race!  Stewart was flyin'!!!  There was one section he was doing in like 3 jumps and everyone else was doing it in 4.  Even RC said he didn't have big enough cajones to try it.  He was going so fast through the whoops that he had to slow down for the following triple.  Crazy!  Too bad for Reed.  3rd seems to be his slot most of the time even though I think he could have battled for 2nd and maybe even the lead if not for his washout and maybe if James had bobbled.

Milsaps looked great in the heat race for being out so long, but was way back in 18th for the main.  Tedesco looked a lot stronger than he has been, but still seems to be a little off.

Of course the 250F (I refuse to call them Lites!) race hasn't been broadcast yet but I read the results.  Ryan Dungey won!!  That is so cool.  He has a really cool story.  Suzuki rested a lot of hope on him and he pulls off a win in his first ever AMA SX!!  I hate to take pleasure in any rider's misfortune, but I had to giggle a little when I saw Mike Alessi wasn't even top 10.  Of course I've never met him and shouldn't draw conclusions based on the media...but he seems like a punk.

yeah that was a sick race. i thought rc was gunna take cr in the heat race real REAL close racing. yeah bubba was the man again. its kinda funny.. i sit there and im just waiting for bubba to crash or slide out. when will this feeling go away for james, it might take a couple of "crash free" seasons. its great the dungey won.. i like to see suzuki up front and im not sure what happend either but alessi and townley went down around lap 3 or 4. i was watching the livewire feed. not sure if it was together or seperate. too bad too cuz townley is real fast. i used to think alessi was a punk too.. but he has mellowed out and grown up alitte... not much but alittle

I wish reed hadnt fell! Very exciting frst laps. Towardss the end reed was runnin faster laps than Bubba. Wooda bean sooo close if Reed hadnt fell. And what about Ryan Dungey winning the eas opener?! That was a shocker. Alessi DNF's, were was Hepler does anyone no? I thought he was gonna be riding the east coast Lites series on his Yamaha. Were was he?

The first heat race was pretty crazy too. RC was catching Reed but then his back end kind washed out. RC's lucky he kept it on two wheels though. I don't really like seeing Bubba up front winning the races all the time, I would really like to see Reed win both the AMA and the WSGP championships.
