| | Ok I just spent $25 for a gallon of Ski-Doo 2-stroke oil and I'm tired of getting raped. Most Ski-Doo people say I must buy the Ski-Doo oil or I void my warranty but it has long since expired... What's another safe brand of oil to use that is less expensive? Do I really need to buy the Ski Doo stuff? I wouldn't think so... thanks. |

| | pat, you can take the empty bottle to richardsons (and probably many other dealers) and have them fill it for less thatn buying a whole new gallon is what my uncle tells me. i saw a 55 gallon drum of the stuff with a tap on it when we were in the shop area a couple months ago so im pretty sure thats correct. i've got a '99 skidoo 700 and i just run the castrol oil in it, i think that's cheaper haha. in the new 600 xp all that goes in it is the skidoo synthetic stuff and its wicked expensive haha
