Was there ever an answer whether or not the ktm 144 can be raced in the 125 classes?

This is from the rulebook on the home page

  1. 8. 125 Youth Class: 86-144cc 2- stroke, 86-250cc 4- stroke, 12-16 years old.

  2. 9. 125cc Class: 100-144cc 2- stroke, 126-250cc 4- stroke. 13+ years old.

The AMA says the KTM144 IS NOT legal for the 125 class because it's a production 144, and they only meant to allow overbored 125's in the class.  But I asked the same question in the thread on the old forums and Serae said it was legal in the MMS.
