| I need a nice, large toy hauler and have a 10 acre practice track for sale in the FL panhandle. Would like to take toy hauler as partial trade. Track is in Calhoun County FL just off of HWY 231 near Countyline MX in Fountain, FL. Track covers about five of the 10 acres, has irrigation system, new well, and has and older 3 BR mobile home. Comes with a New Holland LX665 skid steer and Snapper riding mower. Asking $89,900 but will consider all offers.

| Depends on what the guy will take, but I would guess between $40 & $45K
