Steady intake of small but healthy snacks and meals with lots of water all summer.

RE: MX, Be honest

I'm a woods guy and Mountain Bike racer but I concentrate on diet OR train everyday. Seasonally of course, I take Jan-March off as far as dedicated workouts but still run, ski, snowboard, play hockey, or ride a few times a week.

RE: MX, Be honest

i have been every day for the last 2 months, i go to planet fitness every other day and i dont eat much junk food at all except for gold fish!!

RE: MX, Be honest

during the season i try to watch what i eat, drink extra water and do more cardio than usual. this season im gonna try to actually go to that "gym" place everyone talks about.

RE: MX, Be honest

Not really training for mx, just want to stay in shape. *BUT* having a hard time staying on track with all that goes on in my life. My kids are involved in so much stuff that I don't get much free time to work out. Thankfully I have a fairly physical job so I'm still in good shape. I try to hit the gym 3 times a week, but it usually ends up being twice.

RE: MX, Be honest

surprised more people havent taken your poll. maybe that is a sign in itself.... everyone is off training instead of on here....lol....

MX, Be honest

Now be honest, i really wanna know how many people out there can say they have a training plan and stick to it.
