| ah yes how the news travels. Yes it starts with the spring training i run 5 miles three days then started to ride a bike three days 20 miles not bad for one for my age but as luck would have it there was something else in store for me as one day last week went for the bike ride went to a local hang out as luck would have there were some friends have a cocktail so one leads to another well before you know it we were headed for the local night hang out well when all was said and done never made it home well the next morning got a early start for home at 630 am all was good then the all dreaded rut was there right there in front of me not one but several you look you choose you are commented you take aim you are going for it when the the worst thing of all could happen you cross rut you try but you just do not have enough power to power out of it then it happens you are thrown over the handle bars sail sweet like a bird then it hits you the ground just comes up and hits you dam it hurts well in the end all is good just a torn tendon doing good went skiing sunday feels great today. So keep our chins up keep loose and don't let the ground hit us as it did me
