Im tying to chane the shock spring on my 110 but I cant figure out how to get the spring off.  It didnt come with directons and im about to throw it through the windo.  Has anyone changed them before?

Actually, throwing it through the window is step #3, right after taping up your skinless bleeding knuckles and kicking the dog (optional). Our pit bike spring was rather easy to remove as the shock broke in two over a jump and the spring shot out the back like a connon ball. Anyways, we use a woodworking c-clamp that has a thin enough jaw to fit in the coil of the spring to compress it enough to get the bottom washer off. Be careful! (see step#2) A lot of shocks you can back the pre load off enough to do it by hand, if you are a burly man. Good luck!

Thanks.  Once I compress the spring will the top lock thing just come off?
