June 9th at Skowhegan is the Open practice with Pro Action Suspension. It is a practice day 9-3, 20.00 per person with  50 % of proceeds going to the American Cancer Society. Pro Action will be holding Suspension clinic's, bike set up, sales and service. Joining us will be David Pavao,he is the Athletic Trainer/ Strength Coach. He was a coach for the NBA from 1992 to 1995, coach and medical provider for the Dance Medicine Institute of Florida for the Miami City Ballet. He will be holding clinics all day on Strenght and Conditioning. He has trained many of the people we see on T.V.  All are welcomed to camp the night before, gate will open at 4pm. on Friday, All activities will start at 9 am Sat. Again the cost is 20.00 pp to ride, the clinics will take place all day. Concession will be open for food and drinks. Practice will run by bike sizes. All activities will end at 3pm due to leaving for Southwick. If you have any questions call me or Chris at Pro Action Suspension.
