Walk the fence and check for loose boards or boards needing to be replaced.  (Take a hammer and nails with you)

Tires around the track need to be straightened (the Stacks of them).   Some Tires  need to be replaced with one of the newer ones located by the container's.

Trash bag walk,   Take a walk around the pits the track to clean up any/all items that need to be trashed.

Banners need to be put up.

Gates need to be swept clean
