Last race of the year at Skowhegan.
Not only it was the last race of the year but it was also the last race for Todd & Laura. We would like to congratulate Todd and Laura for the awesome job they did at Skowhegan.
We wish them good luck in their new venture in Florida. We also want to congratulate the new owners the Preble Family. The rumor is that they will be running Nationals there next year... just kidding!! ;-)

Beautiful day at Skowhegan this last Sunday. The weather was perfect for a change. The track was in really good shape but really dusty per section.
The turnout was really good since NESC did not have races.
It was really cool that Mike Treadwell #9 made it to Skowhegan. It's a lot of fun to see a Pro rider come to our little corner of the world!

This was an interesting day at Skowhegan. There was the morning mud festival and then the afternoon rut festival! ;-) Let just say that it wasn't the best day for your first race!
Regardless of the weather, the turn-out was pretty good. There are only 4 races left in the Skowhegan-Hemonds Series and if you did not know, you need at least 12 races to qualify for the series.

This was a double day weekend at Skowhegan. Everything went really smoothly all weekend. The track was in great condition pretty much all the time.
Unfortunately, the ambulance came a few times over the weekend. We wish those people well.

Awesome day of racing for Skowhegan Motocross. The turnout was really good. The track was in excellent condition. They added a double on the long straight away, which made things a little more difficult and challenging.

As MX riders, we all know that one day or another our skills will be put to test in the mud. That day came last Sunday at Skowhegan. All that mud was the result of a
new watering system and a little bit of rain! ;-) And for those of you racing for the first time... well... you have seen the worst of MX. We hope to see you again!
Considering the weather, they had a really good turnout (at least a couple hundred). They ended up cancelling the second moto because of the condition of the track. They also had a really
hard time scoring some of the classes because most of the riders had the same number... BROWN.
Overall, a great wet day of MX.

Well, a lot of people thought they would race in the mud last Sunday but as it turns out it was a really nice day, maybe even a little bit too hot!
Skowhegan got a good turnout, about 250 riders. The track was in mint condition. Everything went really smoothly considering this was the first race of the season for them. Everybody had a good time!
We were very happy to see fewer ambulance rides than the prior week-end!!
Good job!
